The information provided via the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law. You access the Services on your own initiative.

We are the owner of all intellectual property, including source code, databases, website designs, liveries, and logos. All such Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, or exploited for any commercial purpose or competing department without express prior written permission.

By using the Services, you represent that: (1) you have legal capacity; (2) you are not under 13; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal purpose.

While our primary portal is free, any auxiliary departmental fees or donations are non-refundable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Any recurring departmental benefits or pro-tier memberships are governed by auto-renewal terms. You may cancel via the support dashboard; however, no refunds are provided for partial terms.

You may not: (A) Systematically retrieve data; (B) Trick, defraud, or mislead Command Staff; (C) Circumvent security features; (D) Use the Services to compete with Tarheel State Roleplay or its affiliates.

The Services may allow you to submit text, applications, or logs ('Contributions'). Any Contribution you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, and archive such data. You retain no moral rights to contributions made within the department.

We are not responsible for Third-Party Content or Websites linked from our portal. Use of such links is at your own risk.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor for violations; (2) take legal action; (3) refuse or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion.

We care about data privacy. Please review our full Privacy Notice. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe any material infringes on your copyright, notify our administration immediately.

These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason, without notice or liability.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within our primary operating region.

To expedite resolution, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information at any time.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR COMMAND STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or claim arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these terms.

We maintain certain data for the purpose of managing the Services. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

Visiting the Services and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements and notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time.
